Kitchen Remodeling in Suwanee, Johns Creek & Alpharetta, GA
A full kitchen remodel is the single highest-return project we build. When it's done right, you get a room that runs your morning routine, hosts holidays, and adds five to seven percent to your home's value on the way out. When it's done wrong, you fight it every day for a decade. We've been doing this since 2005 out of our Lawrenceville showroom, and we build kitchens the way we'd build our own.

What a full kitchen remodel with us actually includes
We handle the entire project from the first tape-measure through the final punch-list walk. That means design, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing shifts, electrical to code, appliance install, and finish carpentry. One project manager. One number to call. One workmanship warranty covering everything.
The scope varies by home, but most kitchens we finish in Suwanee, Johns Creek, and Alpharetta include semi-custom or full-custom cabinets, a quartz or natural-stone countertop, a full-height backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and either a new island or a reworked island layout that finally makes the room function.
- Free in-home measure and detailed 3D design
- Fixed, itemized quote, no vague allowances
- Cabinet fabrication in our own facility
- In-house install crew, plumber, and electrician

- Final walkthrough and punch-list before we take the last payment

The cabinet decisions that actually matter
Homeowners spend hours picking a door style and paint color, and both matter. But the real long-term satisfaction comes from three quieter decisions: box construction, drawer glides, and hinge quality. We build every box out of solid plywood, not particleboard, with dovetailed drawer sides and Blum soft-close hardware across the board. Your painted-white shaker will look great on install day whether you spend $30k or $60k. Ten years in, only the boxes and hardware will still feel right.
For layout, our designers push you to keep the sink, range, and refrigerator inside a tight work triangle. Long counter runs look pretty in photos but wear you out cooking three meals a day. If your current layout works, we usually keep it and save you the plumbing bill. If it doesn't, we redraw it.

Countertops, backsplash, and the finish package
Quartz is our default recommendation for busy family kitchens. It's non-porous, doesn't stain, and modern patterns hold up next to any marble. Natural stone, Calacatta, Carrara, Taj Mahal quartzite, still wins on aesthetics and we use it on plenty of islands where the family is fine with a lived-in patina.
For backsplash, we push most clients toward a simple, timeless field tile with a decorative element behind the range. Trendy patterns date fast and are the first thing you regret in five years.
Local relevance, what changes in Suwanee vs Alpharetta
Kitchen work isn't the same in every zip code. Homes around Suwanee Town Center and Level Creek were largely built in the late 1990s and 2000s, closed-off floor plans, oak cabinets, laminate counters. Nine times out of ten we're opening a wall between the kitchen and the family room and starting fresh.
Johns Creek estates near Medlock Bridge and St. Ives were often already renovated once around 2010 with dark cherry cabinets and granite counters. Those get painted, re-doored, or fully replaced with lighter transitional cabinetry that reads current.
Alpharetta is a mix, the newer Avalon-area builds get modern slab or European frameless kitchens, while the established Windward and Wills Park homes typically get transitional shaker with an island reconfiguration.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, and permits?+
Yes. We coordinate all trades in-house, pull the permits, and manage the county inspection. You get one contract and one point of contact.
Can I stay in the house during construction?+
Yes, most homeowners do. We set up a temporary kitchen (usually in the dining room) with the microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, and dust-wall the kitchen to keep the rest of the house clean.
What warranty do you offer?+
Cabinetry carries the manufacturer warranty (5 years to lifetime depending on line), stone carries the fabricator warranty, and we provide a written 2-year workmanship warranty on our install, if anything shifts, cracks, or fails, we come back.
